This series of works draws inspiration from mineral formations. Rémi often works on different series at the same time, and when he becomes attached to an object, it naturally evolves into a small family of forms. “Handcrafted pieces that evoke the beauty of nature particularly captivate me.”

His artistic process unfolds through sketches, each form guiding the next. Playing with glazes, adjusting oxides, and exploring subtle, atmospheric colours, Rémi revels in the endless possibilities of clay. Surfaces are left deliberately raw or gently patinated to echo both geological and organic references.

More About Rémi Bracquemond

Rémi Bracquemond is a French ceramic artist living and working in France, between Paris and the Sologne forest. His practice focuses on the sculptural possibilities of clay. What he treasures most is the autonomy and freedom in every stage of his craft, savouring the meditative solitude that allows him to disconnect from the outside world. Rémi exhibits his work internationally, including in Paris, New York, and Brussels, and collaborates with leading interior architecture studios on large-scale bespoke projects such as fireplaces, credenzas, and lighting pieces.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All pieces at pépite Gallery are handmade by local creatives and most are on consignment. For this reason, we're unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds. Complimentary Click & Collect

You can select our free Click & Collect option at checkout if you'd like to collect your order from our Collingwood showroom. Pick-up windows are between Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5pm - please contact us to confirm a collection day and time.

$15 Standard Shipping for orders within Australia*

Standard Shipping within Australia is sent by Australia Post or Sendle and includes insurance so your parcel is safe! Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Standard shipping generally takes between 2-10 business days for delivery within Australia. If you require your order by a certain date please contact us at hello@pepite.com.au.
