AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Complimentary Click & Collect
You can select our free Click & Collect option at checkout if you'd like to collect your order from our Collingwood showroom. Pick-up windows are between Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5pm - please contact us to confirm a collection day and time.
$15 Standard Shipping for orders within Australia*
Standard Shipping within Australia is sent by Australia Post or Sendle and includes insurance so your parcel is safe! Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Standard shipping generally takes between 2-10 business days for delivery within Australia. If you require your order by a certain date please contact us at hello@pepite.com.au.

Oversize Shipping
For larger or heavy items an oversize shipping rate may apply - this will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking your Order
You will receive a tracking number via Sendle or Australia Post once your order has been fulfilled. Please feel free to contact us if you're having trouble accessing it.
Gift Wrapping
Buying a gift for a loved one?
We offer complimentary gift wrapping and LOVE going the extra mile for special occasions. Please add a note at checkout if you'd like us to gift wrap your pieces and include a gift receipt without prices - we can also add a handwritten note on your behalf.
Packaging
We continue to seek the most environmentally-friendly methods to package and protect our fragile pieces when shipping them to you.
We ship most orders using only recyclable packaging materials such as Hex Wrap, kraft paper and paper tape. For extra fragile pieces we might use Biodegrable Bubble Wrap as an additional precaution to ensure they arrive safely to you. We would love it if you could reuse/recycle all the packaging that comes with your parcel in order to make our efforts worthwhile and minimise our impact on Mother Nature.
Damaged Parcel
We take extra care in protecting your delicate pieces for safe travels however we can’t control what happens in transit and therefore we might get an occasional breakage. But fear not, our standard shipping includes insurance. In the case of a damaged parcel, please notify us within 48hours and make sure to take photos of the damaged box (with shipping label showing) and damaged goods - without timely photos we won’t be able to claim insurance and might not be able to guarantee a refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose your pieces carefully as all purchases at pépite are final. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, returns and exchanges - all pieces at pépite are handmade by local creatives and most are on consignment. For this reason, we're unable to offer returns, exchanges and refunds. If you're unsure about a piece feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to provide additional photos or information to help you with your decision.
