Australian Orders

$15 Flat Rate on Standard Shipping for All Australian Orders*

Standard Shipping within Australia is sent by Australia Post and includes insurance so your parcel is safe! Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within 2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes between 2-10 business days for delivery within Australia. If you require your order by a certain date please contact us at hello@pepite.com.auIf you require your order urgently, please select the Express Post service at checkout for an additional $10 on top of standard shipping.

$25 Express Shipping

If you need your goods urgently, we recommend choosing to send via Express Post at checkout for an additional $10 on top of standard shipping in order to benefit from next day delivery* (*if order is placed before 1pm and according to Australia Post conditions).

*Australia Post cannot guarantee next day delivery during busy periods such as Christmas.

Oversize Shipping

For larger of heavy items an oversize shipping flat rate may apply ($40 instead of $15).

Gift Wrapping

Buying a gift for a loved one?

Have your handmade goods beautifully wrapped and ready to be gifted.  Simply select the gift-wrapping option at checkout for an additional $3 (per order, not per item) - please make a note at checkout if gift wrapping does not apply to all items in your order.

Packaging

We’ve been very considerate in choosing our packaging methods and have sourced 100% recyclable packaging materials to protect all your handmade goods, avoiding nasties such as bubble wrap and foam wrap. We would love it if you could reuse/recycle all the packaging that comes with your parcel in order to make our efforts worthwhile and minimise our impact on Mother Nature.

Damaged Parcel

We take extra care in protecting your goods for safe travels however we can’t control what happens in transit and therefore we might get the occasional breakage particularly when shipping fragile goods such as ceramics. But fear not, our standard shipping includes insurance. In the case of a damaged parcel, please notify us within 48hours and make sure you take photos of the damaged packaging and/or goods - without timely photos we won’t be able to claim insurance and guarantee a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, returns and exchanges - all pieces at pépite are handmade by local creatives and are on consignment which means we pay the artist as soon as their items have been purchased. This makes returns, exchanges and refunds very difficult to manage, so for this reason all purchases at pépite are final :) If you have any enquiries in regards to Returns & Exchanges please contact us at hello@pepite.com.au
