We are so excited to see the Aboriginal Flag making it's return to the world!

It was a significant moment in history when together we #FreedTheFlag.

- Dimensions 4cm (width) x 2cm (height).
- Enamel keyring designed on Wurundjeri Country.

The top half of the flag is black to symbolise Aboriginal people. The red in the lower half stands for the earth and the colour of ochre, which has ceremonial significance. The circle of yellow in the centre of the flag represents the sun.

The designer Harold Thomas says the colours of the flag represent the Aboriginal people of Australia and their spiritual connection to the land.

Clothing The Gaps is a fresh and dynamic Community brand managed by health professionals that celebrates Aboriginal people and culture. We were recognised for our excellence at the 2020 Dreamtime Awards and was awarded 'Business of the year'.

We make our clothes with Mob in our heart and everyone in mind. We label our clothes Ally Friendly and Mob Only because everyone was asking “Can I wear that?”.

We produce merch with a message and encourage people to wear their values on their tee.

We influence and unite people through fashion and causes so that Aboriginal people and Communities can thrive.

Did you know?! Clothing The Gaps is a play on the words "Closing the Gap", which is an Australian Government health initiative to help close the life expectancy gap between Aboriginal people and non-Indigenous Australians.
